Evaluations since 2017 are stored securely.

Please visit our website if you would like a new updated evaluation. You will still need to send your official documents by postal mail.  To order a copy of a previous evaluation, register with Parchment and order a copy to be sent from FACS to your third party.  There is a nominal fee of $15 that you will pay to Parchment.
