Education Credential for Admissions FAQ

If your school has a “Parchment Receive” account, their name will come up in the search and you will select them.  If your school or employer or any third party does not come up in the search, just scroll down the page and follow the instructions.  Parchment will ask if you want to send your evaluation to "yourself or another individual".  Choose "another individual".  Then you will complete a short form that requests the name of the school and the email address of the school.

To check your Parchment status, log in to your Parchment account and click on the “Order” tab at the top.  

You can contact Parchment for Customer Service for any Parchment issues:

To check your Parchment status, log in to your Parchment account and navigate to your Dashboard. There, you can see when your evaluation was received and find your Parchment Document Identification Number (DID). Your school can also login to Parchment and enter your DID to access your evaluation.

The report requirement is up to the school that you are applying to.  Typically community colleges will accept a document-by-document evaluation while a four year college or university requires a more comprehensive course-by-course with a grade point average (GPA) credential evaluation.  Email this link to your admissions counselor to make sure you are ordering an evaluation that meets their requirements.  Clay:  Please make this a link:
