We open and process mail everyday. Documents are processed and go through an initial review by our Processing Team. We accept documents from all of the courier services.
The next step is a status update in which we send you an email to let you know that we have received your documents and the approximate turn-around time for the completion of your evaluation.
Evaluations are completed in the order in which the documents were received.
If you sent original documents, we send these back to you when the evaluation has been completed. Please make sure to include your FACS Identification number with any documents that you send to us.
Our shipping application uses the address that you entered on your application to return your documents via the courier choice you selected.
You will receive tracking information from the United States Postal Service or UPS depending on the return mailing service that you chose.
